I have good memories and enjoyed studying at Martin College. I met many important friends and studied hard.
I wanted to improve my business skills and learn something new as well. Martin College also has a high number of local students so I thought it would be possible to improve my business English skills at the same time.
We had many assignments and tasks during the course. Sometimes it was hard, however, this work helped us to determine whether we had understood the lecture properly. If there was something we didn't understand, we could ask our teacher easily. Another good point of studying at Martin College is having classmates from different countries. We had opportunities to get many different opinions, which is very important for working in an international field.
Now, I am working in the international financial field (the company is one of the largest companies in Japan) and what I learned at Martin College has helped me many times. For example, I learnt how to write a business letter.
