I am loving the design studio here. Most of all, I love my course. OUW is very modern and it fits the ever changing technology needed for graphic design. I love the design of the buildings here. It's so different from the ones I have seen back home.
Students who apply for this course will be interviewed and are to supply a folio of artwork. It is not a problem for me as I have done diploma studies in graphic design back in Malaysia. I was accepted after supplying those required.
I am not too sure about funding and scholarships.
I get draw things in both analog and digital format. It's so cool. The equipments here are way more modern than those I have seen. I have to always keep myself updated to create the best art work. The first year is more to theory based study. But it gets more practical in second year. All thanks to the lecturers here, they are very good in guiding and commenting our art work. They are able to judge with fair judgment.
Facilities are great. I felt I am always up to beat staying at this place. It is so much fun, so much to explore. Australia is big, and I only been to Melbourne so far. Maybe I will do more visiting when I am on holiday. I do part time every week, but not more than 20 hours. It's so strict here.
Hopefully. I am still thinking where to start my first job after finishing degree. Yes, sure.
