Enjoying the australian life and the culture, lifestyle of melbourne and the people. My advise to the students is to prepare english before coming here because it is very important in speaking, studies etc and even making friends.

ratingSelection process and gaining admission

For the application and enrollment, i had to give an english test of swinburne TAFE. The application was easy too. It took me around 1 month. My sister advised me to join swinburne so i joined. Also, because, my girfren lives here so thats why.

There is no scholarship for me. My parents are paying the fees for me. I think that the fees are so so.

ratingYour study experience

I am studying English course, it is 30 weeks long. The best bit is the writing in english which i like. About the teachers, sometimes, the teacher speaks english quickly and i cannot understand and listen at times, i think i will have to get used to it. All the students are international and multicultural class is what we have. I come to study 4 days in a week. yes, the course is a value for money.

All the classes have modern facilities and there is internet for the students to use also. I live in Reservoir, it takes me about an hour and a half from swinburne uni. Its a boring place in my local area. The locals are very good people. Also the transport is expensive but i buy monthly ticket so it is a bit cheaper. It has been just 2 weeks that i arrived and i found a part time work. I have not joined any clubs or groups at uni.

After i finish my english course, i want to study bachelors degree in information technology.
